He expresses his concerns about public policy decisions made in reaction to the pandemic, including unemployment benefits. Brian said, “Are we programming people not to return to work? He said, “God designed us to work. I like to think of the Bible as a recipe book. It gives us all the ingredients for human thriving. One of those ingredients is labor or work. Brian Cochran is a Certified Kingdom Advisor and the President of John Moore Associates. Working with investors to approach their investments from a Biblical viewpoint is his way of serving people, especially when there is some volatility in the investment markets. He said, “Sometimes people need that calming presence because of turmoil in their lives. God wants us to live without fear. Finances often create fear and uncertainty in people’s lives. People are not generous when they are fearful. Generosity and fear do not coexist. If we can remove that fear, it helps people be more content, more at peace, and more generous.”
1 John 4:18-19: Such love has no fear because perfect love expels all fear. If we are afraid, it is for fear of punishment, which shows that we have not fully experienced his perfect love. 19 We love each other because he loved us first. NLT
