Jodi Hendricks joins us to talk about the efforts being made by NM FAM to inform New Mexican voters on local candidates and bonds as well as the importance of voting. She makes a Biblical case for voting- in particular, in order to protect the lives of the unborn and the rights of the nuclear family.

The FREE event as walkers will be joining thousands of people across hundreds of cities around the world to raise awareness of human trafficking. Becky Harada and Toya Kaplan are two women fighting to protect young people and their families from the perils of human trafficking. Mary Gray Perdue is the Area Director with Joni and Friends based in New Mexico. The ministry brings practical help and Gospel hope to people with disabilities and their care givers around the world. Here are some opportunities for you coming up provided by Joni and Friends:

 

  • Marriage Getaway coming up November 8th & 9th at the Sheraton Uptown. Hosted by Joni and Friends New Mexico, this Marriage Getaway is designed to strengthen relationships of couples living with the disability of a spouse or child. This retreat helps couples to refresh their relationships, connect with others navigating similar challenges, and renew a Christ-centered basis for lasting love and partnership with one another. Enjoy biblical teaching, special dinners, and community with other couples. Join us for this time of respite and renewal with your spouse. $150 per couple.
