“Man Up” is the men’s ministry of Calvary Church. Providing wheelchairs and Bibles, as well as community and retreats, Joni and Friends works to extend a hand to those struggling with disabilities, showing them the love of Christ and equipping the Christian Church to mobilize to reach them.
Today, Mary Gray Perdue of Joni and Friends New Mexico joins us to talk about the ministry and their upcoming “Respite Night”- a night when volunteers take over the care of a person with a disabilite, allowing their family or care team members to attend to other things for the evening.
