Brian Cochran is a Certified Financial Planner with John Moore Associates.  He joins the program today in the middle of one of the most volatile financial markets of all time. My favorite quote from him today among many is, “Time in the market is more important than timing the market.” He shares with us five principals for investing in a down market.  I was also encouraged when he challenged our listeners with this statement, “What a time to trust God, assess priorities, spend extra time with family, and be generous to people in need.” For more information about investing go to https://www.johnmoore.com/.

Daniel McCabe is an Assistant Pastor with Legacy Church https://www.legacychurchnm.com/. Services are now streaming live online. Volunteers are manning the phones at 505-831-0961. The outreach ministries of Legacy Church, which include Steelbridge, Expect a Miracle, and Feed New Mexico Kids, are running full speed ahead.

Steve Ulibarri is the Director of Development for El Ranchito de los Ninos in Los Lunas, NM.  Like most of our charities around the country, the safety measures now in place to protect us from COVID-19 Corona Virus, require the postponement of their annual fundraiser scheduled for March 21st called the SUN SAND & SURF; CHARITY CRUISE XIX. Steve gives us some insight into this faith-based children’s home, and he asks our listeners to support their work.

El Ranchito de los Niños is a children’s home dedicated to keeping sibling groups together who might otherwise be separated in foster care. The children are raised as a family in a rural farm setting. They are taught responsibility and educated as a means of building a foundation and breaking the cycle of poverty.  The home is a non-profit charity funded 100% by private donations, licensed by the State of NM CYFD and certified by the NM Christian Child Care Association.  El Ranchito considers all children regardless of age, sex, ethnicity, religion or disability. For more information go to https://elranchitonm.org/.

Congressman Steve Pearce loves New Mexico, and that includes people he has worked with on both sides of the political aisle. You will enjoy his encouraging personal stories about his working relationships, solving issues in New Mexico and Washington D.C. He challenges our listeners to get involved in the political process, and vote!  Congressman Pearce served as the U.S. Representative for New Mexico’s 2nd congressional district from 2003 to 2009 and from 2011 to 2019. He is now the Chairman of the Republican Party of New Mexico. For more information go to https://newmexico.gop/.

Keith Dotson is a Legislative Laison with the Convention of States Action Organization. The Convention of States Project is a national effort to call a convention under Article V of the United States Constitution, restricted to proposing amendments that will impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limit its power and jurisdiction, and impose term limits on its officials and members of Congress. We frequently encourage our listeners to research candidates for office and vote. This is one more opportunity for us to learn about the citizen power our forefathers gave us in the Constitution. For more information about the Convention of States Action, organization go to https://conventionofstates.com/.
