Today, Jim Williams is joined by author and musician Brian Nixon as well as engineer and musician Stefan Merkel. Stefan is the owner of Selah Music studios based in Albuquerque.
Together, Brian and Stefan have created a New Mexico Music Awards Finalist Composition for best Jazz Composition called Bolero de Burque and are currently working on a new experimental music project called White Flowers.
Jim discusses these projects with Brian and Stefan and they play a few brief clips from Bolero de Burque.
They give details about the musical process behind both of these collaborative albums, advice for Christian creatives, and the ways in which they each respectively hone their artistic crafts. Stefan also shares some information about Selah Music Studios.
