Mark Gonzales is the Owner of Mark Pardo Salon/Spa in Albuquerque. He and his Creative Director, Bethany Carr, encourage our listeners to consider a career as a barber, beautician, or cosmetologist. As a Christian Mark says the goal of his company is to “nurture beauty inside and out.” Mark believes that “training” is the key to his employees providing the experience of care he wants to all of his customers to experience when they come into Mark Pardo’s Salon/Spa.
