Dr. John Foreman has been superintendent of Mission Valley Christian School for the past 17 years and has served as the state director of the New Mexico Association of Non-public Schools for the past six years. He advocated in recent years for a state program that uses public funds to provide textbooks to private and religious schools. A doctor of education, Foreman was a graduate student at New Mexico State University and the University of New Mexico. He said he’s been a school leader responsible for multimillion dollar budgets for over 25 years and “is looking forward to bringing his experience in finance and small business operations to Santa Fe.”
