Holly Slade is the Founder of Feed New Mexico Kids. She said, “Food insecurity has a simple but heartbreaking definition. It simply means that you don’t know where your next meal will be coming from. Feed New Mexico Kids is working to provide snack packs for children to have food to eat on the weekends. To help food insecure children go to https://feednmkids.com/.
